We provide a comprehensive maintenance package for EV chargers, available on a monthly or annual basis. Our package guarantees continuous maintenance and repair services for your charge point, addressing any issues that may arise.
Think of it as having a servicing plan for your boiler or an insurance policy for a valuable item like a TV or tablet. Our maintenance package offers the same level of coverage, but specifically for your charger.
By choosing our package, you can rest assured that your charge point will always operate safely, as it will be supported under our umbrella of assistance. You’ll never have to worry about downtime because we’ll keep you up and running.
We offer flexible payment options, allowing you to choose between monthly or annual payments. This makes it an affordable solution to ensure your charger remains in excellent condition throughout the year.
Our Maintenance Package
Our premium EV charger maintenance package includes:
- An annual inspection of your charge point, to identify any damage to the unit.
- Annual visual check of sockets and plugs for wear and corrosion.
- Charge point test – Annual test of charge point, to ensure the unit is charging at the optimum rate.
- Annual safety certificate of compliance.
- Interior check and clean of the charge point including an inspection for water ingress.
- Priority EV charger repair within 24 hours – We will be onsite within 24 hours to identify the fault and repair if possible. If not, we will arrange a replacement unit within 72 hrs.
- Ongoing advice and support – Business hours telephone support for hardware issues.
- App utilisation support – Business hours telephone support for software issues.
- Annual firmware check and update if required – Check that all software is up to date.
- Peace of mind – We will be there for you.
Domestic Maintenance
The domestic premium maintenance package is for customers who have had their EV chargers installed by us.
You can either pay per month or per year, and the following costs are based on a single socket. If you have more than one socket, simply multiply by the number of sockets you require:
- Per year is £100 plus VAT
- Per month is £10 plus VAT

Commercial Maintenance
Our commercial premium maintenance package is only available to businesses who have had their chargers installed by us.
You can either pay per month or per year, and the following costs are based on a single socket. If you have more than one socket, simply multiply by the number of sockets you require:
- Per year is £200 plus VAT
- Per month is £20 plus VAT
