Recommend A Friend with Trent VC
Are you interested in earning yourself a £25 Amazon e-gift voucher for very little effort? You can with our recommend a friend scheme. All you need to do is recommend a friend or family member to Trent VC, and if they purchase their electric vehicle charger and have it installed by us, then you both receive a £25 Amazon e-gift voucher. As an added incentive there is no limit to how many times you can get your hands on one of these vouchers, as you can recommend as many friends and family members as you like!
How RAF works
- If you are an existing customer and know a friend or family member who would like an EV charger installing, ask them to contact Trent VC and state that you have recommended them. Your friend will need to know your full name and postcode.
- We will then take all the details and complete our eligibility checks.
- If the eligibility criteria are met, 30 days after the friend has paid their EV charger installation in full, and the referrer has paid in full, you both will receive your e-gift voucher.
- The referrer can recommend as many friends and family members as they like!
Please note, the £25 Amazon e-gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money or another voucher type.
Recommend A Friend Eligibility Criteria
For you and your friend to claim the recommend a friend £25 Amazon e-gift voucher, you both need to meet the below criteria:
To be a referrer:
- The referrer needs to be an existing customer of Trent VC Ltd who has had an electric vehicle (EV) charger installed by us.
- The referrers EV charger installation must be paid in full before the e-gift voucher is issued.
- You cannot recommend a friend who has already been recommend by another customer.
- The referrer cannot recommend a friend or family member who has already had an EV charger installed by Trent VC.
Eligibility criteria to be a friend:
- The friend must be a domestic customer, this scheme is NOT currently open to businesses.
- You need to be a new customer of Trent VC to participate.
- You need to have an EV charger installed by Trent VC Ltd.
- The EV charger installation must be paid in full before the e-gift voucher is issued.
- You must not be an existing customer of Trent VC.

How many friends can I recommend?
There is no limit to how many friends an existing customer can recommend.
When will I receive my Amazon e-gift voucher?
The referrer and friend will receive their e-gift voucher up to 30 days after both their installations have been paid in full.
Can I exchange my Amazon e-gift voucher?
The £25 Amazon e-gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another voucher type.
How do I tell you my friends details?
If you are the ‘friend’ you will need to know the ‘referrers’ name and postcode.
You can get in touch with us over the phone, and pass on the ‘referrers’ details while booking in your free site survey.
Complete the book a survey form, and when we call you back to book your survey, tell us your ‘referrers’ details then.
